The new LMT VELAS^® vehicle goniophotometer has been recently reviewed by Wolfgang Huhn for Driving Vision News.

The VELAS^® system allows to measure vehicle lighting performance in situ, e.g., as installed on the vehicle, for instance for evaluating road illumination according to CIE S021, C-NCAP or the new Headlamp Safety Performance Rating (HSPR) which is currently developped by GTB with the support of Technical University Darmstadt.
